As an accomplished instructor, Shanti specialises in Kundalini, Traditional Hatha, and Yin Yoga, alongside Sound Therapy—a skill honed with masters like Don Conreaux. She enriches her classes with sound, offering both individual and group gong baths for profound relaxation.
Her extensive international certifications cover diverse styles including children’s, prenatal, postnatal, and adapted yoga. Shanti has been teaching since 2017, leading daily sessions in Morón de la Frontera since 2020.
Beyond yoga, Shanti is a certified Mindfulness and Cultivating Compassion instructor, trained by Stanford University experts. She delivers these transformative programs to various organisations. She also works as a life regression facilitator and energy healer using traditional Tibetan methods.
With a Diploma in Social Work and significant experience in social intervention across Europe and Asia since 2006, Shanti brings a deep understanding of human needs. 2010 – Began her professional career as a Pilates instructor, focusing on Mat Pilates and body alignment.
2011 – A sports injury sparked her interest in meditation, yoga, and mindfulness, leading to a more conscious and internalised practice.
2017 – Travelled to India, marking a personal and professional turning point. This transformative experience solidified her commitment to yoga and holistic living.
2017–2018 – Completed advanced yoga teacher training in India and Seville, receiving certification from the Yoga Alliance.
2018 – Earned the official Competency Certificate in Yoga Instruction from the Junta de Andalucía, the only state-recognised qualification in the region, and continued her training in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Stretching, and Balance techniques to deepen her expertise.
She currently works as a yoga teacher trainer at FEDA Sevilla and FEDA Cádiz, teaching both foundational and dynamic yoga. At the same time, she is deepening her personal and professional growth through ongoing studies in Gestalt Therapy (first year) and Nonviolent Communication, expanding her focus on emotional intelligence and therapeutic presence.
